Article 102 of the company's articles of association clearly stipulates that all employees of the company and its affiliated companies are entitled to year-end remuneration of no less than 2% of the "annual profit" each year, and can be paid in cash, stocks or any combination of the two.

 

The company pays year-end bonuses on a fixed basis every year, and pays performance bonuses once in April and October. Performance bonuses are issued based on employees' individual work performance and performance appraisals, the operating results of each business division of the company, and departmental work goals.
